Update 2.1 - Safety Car App for Assetto Corsa (Patreon)

The README_FIRST_IMPORTANT.pdf has been updated too.

WHAT’S NEW :

• Safety car accelerates when about to retire : if you set a value superior to the safety car max speed for this option, the safety car will accelerate to this speed when “SAFETY CAR IN THIS LAP” is displayed.
  

• Programmed safety car caution : you can now set the number of laps the safety car have to complete until the programmed caution ends.
  

• Renault Megane RS Safety Car : the car is from Assettoland (thanks to them). Since their website is down, I created a download link for the car.
