I've played alot of Kamen Rider Craft, and also the recent Mod Pack that brought over K.R Mods from china that added K.R bosses. And with it I've fought Evol Phase 4/Monster Form in one of the quests for the K.R Build Completion, and he is INSANE in the game, Tanky as fuck and hits like a damn truck (Used Zero Three armor and Medagabryu and alot of golden apples just to fight him and it took along while cuz of the health) He had the right business decision to not turn into that because Kazimierz would just be another Mars, Just complete dust. Heck even terra probably has no chance against Evol's Phase 4/Monster form, and theres the added debuff of being a chopped monster.
