To me the key take away to this episode is Pam's concern for Dwight. Once again it reaffirms how they have grown closer and they care about each other.

Behind the scenes tidbit: the cast called this the death bus because they almost died twice filming this episode. You guys should really check out the office ladies podcast on your own when you are done. Lots of interesting tidbits and behind the scenes things!
