Stop bagging my head!!!🤣 Toby was attracted to a female version of himself...when she took the hairpiece off he realized and threw his tantrum. Remember Jim and his friend came up with the concept for the new business so he knows what he is investing in. This is his dream and his baby and its important to him. He has talked with her and she tells him she's on board. Maybe the issue is neither of them are being honest with the other.

It seems like Erin isn't liking Andy, but she's trying to convince herself she does. His family isn't nice to her. He was rude and dismissive to her when she told him she was learning Dothraki. He took over her (fake) news tryout and sent her off with Pete when she told him she was hungry. She clearly found the obsession with his old acappalla group a turn off. It's the same way she was with Gabe for a long time; trying to hang in there and be loyal when she really couldn't sand him.
