Plus it's a Christmas movie 🎄!!!! Her name is Holly...that's Christmasy So glad you watched this one... #2 isn't bad but the rest...I wouldn't recommend but if you do them all I'll watch with you.

Bruce Willis was famous before this, but for the TV show Moonlighting and he was known as a comedy actor. Apparently people did not take him seriously at first because before this, most action stars were big muscular men like Schwarzenegger and Stallone! The first posters actually removed Bruce Willis' face and only featured the tower. He was put back when the movie started doing well 😂 There's a great 'making of' episode about Die Hard on Netflix all about it.

I love Damo hoping John would “take the terrorists out quietly”… Idk what cops are like in the UK, but ours are definitely not ninjas 😂😂😘

TLC

🤣 100% on the not ninjas...and I know!

Great movie and reaction. I only know the meaning of reconnoiter because my parents sometimes used it. Kind of old fashioned It means to survey an area to gain information. Basically a military term, but used informally -- like I'm going to reconnoiter the breakroom to see if any donuts are left. I vote NO on Die Hard being a Christmas movie. Sure, there was music, decorations, and a party - - but the plot, events, and over-all theme have nothing to do with the holiday season. I understand why people believe otherwise, but for me, it doesn't check enough boxes to be considered Christmassy. Doesn't meet the criteria like Home Alone, Elf, It's A Wonderful LIfe , The Grinch, etc.
