The DNA test... this is something that wasn't very well explained, but the writers were asked about it. On the Free Family Portrait Studio episode, there were other kids there that day, (like Jim and Pam's kids) so he might have grabbed the wrong diaper, which is how the test was negative. There was apparently a line in that episode that reinforced that possibility, but it was cut, so we never got to hear it.

That very much is Aaron Rodgers, this was just 13 years ago. The guy on the right is Clay Aiken from American Idol. I always just took the DNA test as Angelia lied about it is all.

DN Reacts

Had to look it up in the outro as I could slightly see it but wasn’t confident! Never seen him young 😂

This is always what I thought too about the DNA test and I'm pretty sure from what I've read that there's an interview somewhere with someone from the show that confirms this (I tried to find it but I haven't been able to locate it). Apparently it was Cece's diaper, which would make Jim the father. I always found it funny thinking of the doctor coming out and telling them that Jim was the father (although I'm sure a doctor wouldn't just come out and say that).

Jim took the letter out of the teapot because he was basically being really honest about his feelings for her, but she was still with Roy at the time. The letter he handed her in the scene was actually John writing a “goodbye” letter to Jenna.

About the letter, I very much doubt that this was planned from very early on, but I love the background story that comes with it. In this episode, the written words on the letter was John writing a goodbye to Jenna. I believe this is revealed on theofficeladies. As far as I know, the exact words in the letter were never revealed to fans. :) A sweet little secret.

TLC

All will be revealed.... Honestly I have always thought the next is one of, if not the best final episode of a series of all time! Others have explained the letter and the diaper mistake.
