the show never uses this name but you've finally met who Thoros referred to as the Great Other in the histories and lore video (the show doesnt call the white walkers "the others" like the books do which makes that quite a weird choice for the histories and lore videos, but just so you know thats what that means)

Great discussion in the outro, as always. About Joffrey's poisoning - really, now that you have all the information, re-watch the scene and all your questions will be answered. Just one clarification, Jojen is NOT a warg. He is a greenseer - he has visions, he sees events, people, past, present, future - Bran is BOTH, a greenseer AND a warg, but so far, he has only been able to warg into HIS direwolf - Summer, who is currently in a trap somewhere! - and into Hodor.

jojen was having a vision, its happened before and meera tried to help him the same way (this isnt a spoiler, i dont even remember what he was seeing here lol, i just recognise it from last time it happened when i was watching with you).

Joe Brown

yeah now is a good time to go back and rewatch the scene at the wedding shortly before joffrey's death

BTW, in the show, Margaery is about 20 years old, and Tommen is supposed to be 14 or 15. Do you guys remember yourselves at that age??? Suddenly Natalie Dormer shows up in your bedroom telling you she will belong to you when you marry her??? That's it! DONE! Good job Margaery! LOL

Calu

I believe they changed it to "White Walkers" to avoid confusion with "The Others" in Lost...

i feel like you guys are glossing over a bit that jaime gave up his valyrian steel sword. tywin was willing to pay ridiculous lannister amounts to other houses to get one, but they all refused. these things are priceless, and an advantage in combat too albeit not a huge one.

That look Ser Barristan gave Dany in Mereen when she ordered all the Masters nailed to the crosses - it's almost as if he is recognizing someone familiar in her. Maybe someone from King's Landing

No spoilers but think about what you've seen. Sansa was a starry eyed innocent and she has been exposed to the worse things possible. She has seen her father beheaded..she has been schooled in politics and death... so I think when Tyrion said yet he's just speculating it will happen.

It was when Dani chose to crucify hundreds of "masters" with no trials and call it justice, that she fell of my hero list. No just sane person does something like that. She continues to be impressive, no doubt, but that turned my stomach.

-- Meereen: Missandei and Grey Worm are getting closer while she teaches him how to speak the common tongue (what we hear as English in the show) and they discuss where they are from and how much they remember from childhood. The next part of Daenerys' plan involving weaponizing the slaves against the masters includes sending the Unsulled into the city disguised as slaves to rally and motivate them. They also sneak in an assortment of weapons for them to use. Her plan works and the slaves overthrow the city. Barristan warns her to treat the former masters with mercy, but she seems almost insulted by his suggestion and says to him, "I will answer injustice with justice." We don't have to wait before finding out what exactly she means by this - the very next scene shows the former masters being nailed to posts, crucified in the same way as the slave children who were used as the mile marker signs that had disturbed Daenerys so deeply when she was travelling to Meereen. -- King's Landing: As Jaime and Bronn are practicing, Bronn tells the story of how he first came into Tyrion's service in the Eyrie - back when Tyrion was having a trial by combat and wanted Jaime to fight for him. He convinces Jaime to go visit Tyrion in the dungeons; when he does, they discuss the trial. Tyrion says that he did not kill Joffrey but says that nothing would convince Cersei, meaning he's guilty no matter what he does. Later when Jaime goes to see Cersei, things are very frosty between them, and she accuses him of taking Tyrion's side against her. On Littlefinger's boat, he and Sansa are talking more about Joffrey's death and she tells him she knows he had to have had help besides Ser Dontos. He admits he had some "new friends" who wanted Joffrey's death to happen just as much as he did and also mentions that their friendship is "growing strong" (the Tyrell house words). Olenna finally admits the truth to Margaery about her involvement in Joffrey's murder and she seems surprised, but they quickly move on to planning their next steps in her match with Tommen. That night Margaery sneaks into Tommen's room and starts planting those seeds. She convinces him to keep the visit a secret from Cersei and you can see he's absolutely smitten with her. Before Brienne leaves town to look for Sansa, Jaime gives her a series of gifts - the Valyrian steel sword that was forged from Ned's sword he was just given by his father, a new suit of armor, and a new squire - Pod! She names her new sword "Oathkeeper" as a nod to the promis that she and Jaime both made to Catelyn Stark to keep her daughters safe from harm, as this is their way of accomplishing that. -- The Wall: Locke has arrived after being sent by Lord Bolton to search for Bran and Rickon, and he infiltrates by pretending to be a new recruit. Janos Slynt reminds Thorne that Jon is much more popular than he is, and that could prove to be a problem when they vote for a new Lord Commander. Hoping that the mutineers will kill him, Thorne agrees to let Jon and whoever volunteers to go with him go North to Craster's Keep. Jon's friends all volunteer to go, and Locke as well so he can keep a close eye on Jon as he's been instucted to do. --North of the Wall: At Craster's, his last son is born. The daughter/wives tell Karl that the baby has to be sacrified to the White Walkers, and he has Rast take the baby outside, where we see that they have Ghost captured. Bran and company are camping for the night right next to Craster's, which they realize when they hear the baby crying. Bran wargs into Summer to try to find out whats going on, bt Summer gets caught in a trap, and then Bran, Meera, Jojen and Hodor all get captured by the Night's Watch mutineers. Somewhere far north, we see the White Walker carrying the baby to some type of ceremony. It's unclear what exactly is going on, but after being touched on the cheek by one of the White Walkers, the baby's eyes start to turn the exact same color blue as theirs, which indicates that he is becoming one of them.
