The witch said something else to Cersei that hasn't entirely come true yet (aside from the prediction about Margery). I think you missed it, but you might catch it in the edit.

Littlefinger just says he's taking her far, not specifically West. You guys went wayyyyyyy down the West rabbit hole lol

Calu

I love it when you bring out the map!!! You should do it more often! You were in fine form with your crazy rabbit hole theories jumping off the deep end in this episode. WOW! LOL

Also, Varys DID put out the hit on Daenerys - he was just following King Robert's orders. The original "plan" if you will, was to sell Daenerys to Khal Drogo so he would give an army to her brother Viserys, and he would use it to take back the throne. As you know, that all went to sh*t... 🤔

Joe Brown

"what went wrong (with vary's and illyrio's plan with the targaryens)?" viserys was killed by drogo. it wasnt dany they were backing. if you dont want book spoilers (though i'll keep the details to a minimum) then stop reading now . . . . in the books, varys intends for viserys to just destabalise westeros so that the man varys actually supports can come in as a saviour before claiming the throne. since the character varys supports in the books doesnt exist in the show, varys' initial support of viserys seems a bit odd in hindsight.

Joe Brown

we know that targaryens call themselves "the blood of the dragon" and that they practised incest for hundreds of years or more to "keep the bloodline pure". i dont think the show says this but its also known that blood magic was practised in old valyria. you can infer that targaryen blood is important, at least in their view.

Joe Brown

lancel did not poison robert's wine, he just got him very drunk intentionally. this was something you were supposed to realise in season 2 i think from tyrion and lancel's conversation about it.

Go back and listen to the witch's prophecy... By the way, the key to a prophecy is insuring you interpret it correctly.

Tim Coates

Eyrie is shown in the opening title, cut to scene of Robin fighting surronded by Arryn flags w/ Littlefinger talking to a known Vale noble. Nick: "where could they be?"

Damo is hilarious and strangely accurate more than not regarding predictions. "Do you know what it's like to push your own shit through those small holes? " "No. I only know what it's like to throw your shit overboard into the sea." This show is equal parts comedy, tragedy, action packed, and very thoughtful. How snap-cracking are these scripts? Just a classic show.

All I can say is you are wrong on this point. No details to spoil this from me right now. But It doesn't spoil anything to tell you that a future episode will confirm this.
