What happens when you let an engineer loose on a sewing room???

It's been a 3D print bonanza for this room - video coming next week, but couldn't resist giving you all a sneak peek behind the scenes!!!

See Gridfinity, NeoGrid and Multiboard in action with, of course, a few tech solutions!

I'm feeling mischievous - has anyone played the word game?? Add a weird, obscure or silly word in the comments below and I'll see how many of them I can weave into the final video.... go on, test me!!!

Antidisestablishmentarianism You asked for a challenge

🤣🤣🤣🤣 Oh dear, I set myself up for that! Well, my grandparents lived near Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch, and I can manage that, so I'll see what I can do!!! 😉

Simon

I look forward to it. BTW love your smile in the last picture

Next project might have to be a heating system 😜

Great pics! How about "embiggen" for a silly word? I use it occasionally because it's fun and seems to actually make sense. It's become a Simpsons sniglet to me.

Basically any Welsh word will do it. Every time I try to pronounce any of them I feel like I have had a stroke 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Honestly who comes up with names of towns with 3 "L" 's in them that aren't even pronounced like "L" now if you are looking for a big project could you please fix the welsh town names? Many thanks!

I think I heard it on QI at some point but “Scurryfunge” is a great one. Perfectly describes our last minute manic panic before visitors arriving

Oooh, now Mitchell is going to get in trouble!!! You know you're arguing with a welshie with a degree in linguistics...! Explain the English spelling system to me then??? A rough-coated, dough-faced, thoughtful ploughman strode through the streets of Scarborough; after falling into a slough, he coughed and hiccoughed. 😉😉🤣🤣🤣

Oh Katie it isn’t you , it’s me! I either wasn’t programmed to be able . to pronounce welsh or it is a factory defect so the blame falls to my parents. As for spelling, whether it is the English language or the British language (don’t get me started on the difference) spelling mostly doesn’t reflect the actual word but has been crafted to trip children up when taking tests in school!

🤣🤣 Well I'll need to run a 1:1 series on Welsh-speaking then!! You need to watch Welcome to Wrexham as mandatory learning!
