This is the latest device I'm testing as part of my Body Assistant series that I'll be showcasing next year - this is the Sens.ai, an interesting device indeed. I'll report back on if it does absolutely nothing, radically improves my cognitive abilities or turns me full Cylon.... I know which I think would be coolest.... ;)

They've kindly given me one to test! Agree entirely, this is the sort of thing that's helpful as I get to try out some of these things to see if they're all fluff or actually have some substance! I'm building a whole battery of data points on myself, so I can then study the impact of all these things!!
