  • Super clean of the floor - need to get every last grain off before the final floor goes down.
TOP TIP - robot vacuums are awesome at this job, just leave him to bounce around for hours and you'll have an immaculate surface!

  • Lay the floor - gone with some 9mm high quality LVT which should be super tough for all the chemicals, scratching and temperature fluctuations that it'll experience

  • Treat and seal the exterior wood

  • Paint the exterior

This'll mean I'm firmly into the interior build, which is the part I'm most looking forward to!
I'm planning to give you all a VR tour of how it'll look and get all your brains on the final design!!

It's all coming together! Up and running in the new workshop by Easter? I sent my old Neato round my mum's flat in Scotland, and it was still in its first mapping run when it needed emptying :D

Looking really good. It's so exciting when it gets this close.

Floor now done, outside sealant done. So just the paint, plasterboard on the back wall and it's time to build the units (the fun stuff!!)

Well, it depends if you are talking the performance on Tommy the album or Tommy the movie....

LVT is a great choice! Amazing how much progress you’ve made in such a short time! No substitute for good planning and hard work! Congratulations! Excited to see the next update!
