So far I'm not seeing much value in this world's venture. Other than the possession experience that is. Rouqi seems to be inferior to qi and uses the same qi channels. So logically one would assume you cannot wield both but it could be possible after all. Heck they could even possibly be combined. I wonder how MC will make a gain here. Since he's been there now can't he go home and return when he wants?

Obviously every world has some amazing gains we just haven't seen it yet. Maybe yes it's a third sun of energy he gets to use when he returns to his main body. That won't be weak when stacked with everything else.

I think the main lesson in this world would be advanced low qi techniques, really just squeezing every last bit of power out of as little energy as possible to get a very very efficient fighting style, as opposed to a more tiring overwhelming sort of style

I don't think there needs to be value in each world for a visit, there can be strong worlds and weak worlds. Perhaps the author can introduce a system that rewards him for making a visit to create a plot device for long visits in realms without obvious benefits. Something like gaining "universe energy/dimensional energy to feed the tree". It doesn't make sense to make all worlds cultivation adjacent, and if all world's aren't cultivation adjacent then attaching raw value to ventures doesn't make sense as most worlds that aren't cultivation adjacent will have extremely few transferable gains. Things that can be gained: "Ideas (Artifact World -> Formations/Qi Item Creation) (Technology World -> (Doa Understanding, Formations which are already algorithmic as stated in story), Unique Energy (Shaman World (Beast Transformation, Beast Control, Future Sight), Wizard World(Transfiguration, Enchantment)) Weak World benefit examples: Again Ideas, Chance to use time acceleration in weak world to create formations and plans in cultivation world, gain abilities that can stack with qi, unbalanced ability(weak world can have future sight and other skills while still being weak overall that would require a higher cultivation level in the cultivation world to unlock). And again, there doesn't always need to be a benefit, slice of life isn't everyone's cup of tea, but stories do incorporate it sometimes and world-walking lends itself to slice of life events.

I think it's going to be the precise control he learns from this world and it's meager energy. Story already mentioned he's got to use tiny bits of energy to do stuff while in this world

This would be a good thing because creating qi in a world with little to none ambient qi in the environment might be good. This could lead to recycling tech or converting tech. Maybe not another sun but more of a Qi ocean/pool to fill from absorbing other people qi like a exp system.
