You know it would be nice if she has some fated encounter and starts a path of cultivation making a world of music and song could be interesting and if he ever ends up in a world where say by training in something long enough the energy of the world starts to naturally flow into you making you even more skilled and powerful than would normally be possible and now that I have had this idea I need to keep expanding on it like what if everyone has something they are “talented” in that the very world itself helps them learn it it’s energy pouring into the people giving them special skills and improving their natural abilities so from farming to war any skill could be the thing you are talented in we could have mortal talents things like sowing farming and other things then earth talents for sword fighting scholars and other more influential things then you would have heaven talents like the art of war being a king or other extraordinary professions and the really powerful people would probably be people who have multiple talents like a king who is talented in both being a king and war combining both of his talents into a warrior king talent granting him three special abilities per level instead of the usual one I imagine one ability that is completely that of a kings another ability for war and a final ability that combines the other two to make a even stronger ability of a warrior king like I imagine a combination talent would be one rank higher than the two sub talents making it up like a merchant would probably be a earth grade talent same with a craftsman talent and if you put them together you would get a traveling craftsman talent that makes all the items he sells and buys all his own raw materials but there would probably also be high variances of normal crafting talents like blacksmith that are earth grade instead of mortal and I imagine while a craftsman could make almost anything it wouldn’t be as good as any high variances of crafting talents but a high craftsman would probably be a heaven grade talent while a master blacksmith would also be heaven grade although maybe there shouldn’t be variations and instead you get things like high blacksmith or master blacksmith from combining talents or or you start with a basic blacksmith talent but through some techniques you can upgrade your talent to a earth or heaven grade that could be cool ah how did I just randomly make a power system this interesting thinking about music based cultivation techniques

That's a good point. I think many people tend to ignore or downplay the dangers of having a bad family situation and upbringing, making excuses like 'tough love' or that you should love your family anyway for arcane 'blood' related reasons. At the end of the day, family means actually caring for one another and found family *is* family and blood relatives can be strangers and dangers.
