Can he get access to a library of these resonance stones, so that Azure can add them to his internal database and search for patterns?

This is really interesting Lightweavers seem to have a very soft yet hard magic system small shifts in emotions effecting the final product of their techniques but all of their techniques result in the creation of something usually a living organism that acts out a set of program like instructions up until rank four where those complex programs turn into true AI capable of learning and improving independently of the person that casted the technique

Soft yeat hard... So like a very hard middle with a fluffy outside? Or crunchy on the outside and creamy in the middle? Anyway I 100% agree with you

What I still haven't understood is how the Lightweavers and Skybound advance. They have ranks, but how do you advance in rank? If you are able to do what that rank should be able to, do you transform naturally? As far as I understand it, it isn't an accumulation of energy like in cultivation, although your resistance to these energys increases/the ability to absorb them increases. Skybound have elemental runes that are engraved on them, but what makes them rank two so they can engrave them? That hasn't been really explained by the story. Also, how is the power difference in systems? Until now it seemed that the suns were weaker than cultivation, and a high rank qi cultivator (qi condensation 9) would be able to at least contend with rank two skybound/lightweavers. Now it was said that tier four is able to do what only the life realm is able to do in cultivation, making them equally strong? How do these systems compare?

Nah it was explained at the very beginning of the red sun academy arc. For regular Skybound / Lightweavers it's about resonance and control. Basically learning how to harmonise with the energy to be able to wield it effectively coupled with essentially comprehension and mastery of the techniques taught. So a regular lightweaver/skybound's body has capacity and utilisation limits that correspond to each rank and harmonising/resonating/acclimating allows you to eventually breakthrough to the next rank Our boy however is different. As he has a piece of each sun in his inner world it was shown that the rank difference is about cultivating the suns, building them up by absorbing the correctly aspected light and then at least in the red sun's case compressing that energy when the red sun gets uppity and the genesis seed smacks it down. Pretty sure blue sun will go through something similar
