Tftc Oooh, I really like the Cathedral as a place of passing wisdom abd guidance. Empowering others to help themselves. Not only a Saviour, but a Teacher and Nurturer. This is imho the most blatant hint to Ke Yin's Dao. I think his Dao will be the Dao of the Guardian. The tree, that protects everyone under it from wind and weather, so they can reach they're full potential. Like a Parent teaching, protecting and nurturing their children.

Oh heck yeah that sounds like the closest to his dao anyone’s gotten yet the dao of the guardian yeah he’s not just a teacher he also protects those who he teaches it’s perfect for him really bringing the full potential of others out while he protects them until they are able to protect themselves honestly I think you might have gotten it but I just can’t wait for Ke to come to the realization of his dao whatever it is because it’s probably going to cause a fundamental shift in his cultivation when he gains the realization

Considering the cathedral only has a single cathedra, Id like to propose a civilization realm power system for Ke Yin's life forms. They would learn of Ke Yin's collected energy types in the cathedral and gather those disparate energy types through actions throughout his world, such as martial energy from martial practice, or sun energy from meditation, etc. They could then transform it into Ke Yin's own energy type, should they wish, at the cathedral. This would fit the original purpose of Wei Lins cathedral and make use of the many energy types Ke collects to grow his personal energy system. As for what energy Ke Yin grants his life forms at the cathedral, I think it will be a long the lines of something stability or integration focused, something that brings the cultivator into harmony with their environment. This would allow the user to both draw energy from their environment and use energy to bolster or manipulate their environment. While many may choose to simply use the different energies present in Ke Yin's world, I think this is a reasonable way to implement Ke Yin's own energy type since that is considered to be highly beneficial. Edit: some limitations of my idea. 1. Seemingly each individual would only be able to dedicate themselves to a single energy form, or maybe a few complementary ones. The systems Ke Yin has each require alterations to the body, such as the mortal qi bands and meridians, harmony essence cores, and spiritual thrones or whatever they were called for zuan yi. Also, there is the consideration of what happens to the person if they decide to exchange their energy for Ke Yin energy. If they have a harmony core, would it be cannibalized to facilitate the energy exchange? Would Ke Yin's energy integrate easily, or would life forms experience a temporary weakening after the exchange as they consolidate their new energy? After some thought my idea doesn't seem super feasible but it would be interesting to see something along these lines, as I doubt Ke Yin will make it to civilization realm without forming his own cultivation system
