Rah

Is he like split into three? Did they consume part of the consciousness and just not get absorbed?

To be honest, this segment has been stretched out so long that I've entirely lost interest. I've not given up on being a patron, and I'll continue to support, but I've tuned out on this story beat.

Yeah at this point this whole tournament segment has been longer than the entire time spent in the qi world im pretty sure

Wouldn't it be interesting if all three of these Lucid Lawbreakers are just dispersed fragments of this realm's creator? Each one is fighting to assert total control over the realm, they just don't know it. I don't really know what kind of shenanigans would allow it, but it would be interesting and fit with this arcs theme of identity.

This is a strange side plot just for the length of this segment I mean I like it yes but damn id esupose there's a resemblance im not sure but I hope it becomes relevant

I think this book suffers from what I call Arc Creep. The lotus retrieval arc just keeps on going and going and going within a Dream Realm arc that keeps going and going within a "Tournament" arc that just keeps going and going. The book is called Cultivation Through Creation yet he has barely created anything since this "tournament" has begun. Sink-cost fallacy comes to mind and it feels like the author has over committed to an arc they became obsessed with. It's just something the author needs to realize and finish this entire tournament arc quickly. I honestly don't care about the lotus story. It just feels like an excuse to bloat this story with characters I don't care about. Essentially anime filler in book form.

This is especially annoying as there are many thing we want to happen outside of this tournament arc that feels like we will never get to due to being in this purgatory of a "tournament": The convo with the Sect Master, going back to Two Suns, advancing to the elemental realm, expanding the inner world, creating life in the inner world...instead we are forever stuck in this dream arc in a "tournament" that feels like it will never end. It's just very frustrating as a reader to see an author destroy their book due to constant bloat.

I still think Shen Bolin and Song Wei were originally one person that took a shortcut on the ninety ninth floor and then split in two.

I understand comments about this dragging out, but honestly it just makes me even more excited, the world building and creation of more experiences just leaves more to be written out over time, I've loved this whole tournament arc, I cant wait to revisit the 2 suns world, and I am also excited for what the results of the tournament will give me to read. Love everything about this story, and im very happy to have more to read most days, I save my less interesting story's for the weekend just to fill in the days I don't get to read this. Thanks for what you do and keep it up

We need an audio book this is a great story!

I hope Wu Kangming and Ke Yin become/remain friends after the whole tournament

Just pointing out that Song Wei only has 1 arm so he could not be putting his "hands" into complex forms. And Shen Bolin potentially also only has 1 arm unless he was able to reattach the one that was severed by Wu Kangming.
