They were informed of this being his inner world even if they dont fully believe that... they are forgetting he has the home court advantage as he has appeared as soon as a lot of them passed the portal.... Meaning this is about to be an one sided beat down as well as him earning a new qi type for free.... Also wasnt there people/a race of folk made outta stone in norse mythology?

Summer Coff

What is actually at stake here, beyond Tal's life? If Ke Yin loses, his spiritual manifestation is ejected, and then what? It's still HIS inner world. They're trying to live inside HIM. The idea that he could cede ownership of his own cultivation space to those who don't know how to cultivate an inner world, even if he wanted to, is difficult to accept.

Surprise

i mean what’s to say he can’t just take over their world? nothing is really stopping him from entering the portal and bringing it into his own, plus since it’s close to dying isn’t that even better since it’s already extremely weakened?

Aaron S

Is a life realm cultivator one who inner world has produced life or simply one whose world is capable of supporting life? Because by the ladder definition, I don’t understand the difference between the stellar realm and the life realm.

Steve

It’s strange that the stakes of him losing is a 50/50 type of partnership or losing his inner world. Just seems like one sided stakes when if Ke Yin is the type to be benevolent

Phoenixdrop

Welp this will be something first things first though probably a good idea to evolve the sandstone into something a little more receptive to Qi and twin sun energies and fix up that hand/arm and also would be cool to see him pulling on all of the different cultivation systems he has if he doesn’t just dominate with a high tier energy I mean he does have a LOT of low tier energy types

tonright

is lil plant buddy ok? last we saw he was being attacked and suddenly he's not even mentioned?

JibesVibes

It’s not about producing but about recognition. I’m spacing on his name but the Ke Yin’s previous “master” (the alcoholic) only achieved life realm after being recognized by the life within his inner world

JibesVibes

Annexing worlds is dangerous for him as it accelerates the growth of the genesis seed. And if it grows too fast (relative to him) it’ll turn him into the conscious tree

Touch

Gone, reduced to less than atom😞 For real tho I hope author at least mentioned that he stood slightly to the side or something

JibesVibes

It’s a tribulation. The heavens are presenting this “invasion” as a means of testing him. Assuming he fails to repel or cooperate with them I’m assuming he would receive some form of punishment if not death (as he has a beyond heaven realm cultivation method and it was mentioned that the heavens are stricter on those that use beyond heaven methods

Touch

This feels like unnecessary cliff, we ALL know he gonna win (or at least tie)

Brice A

Bro next chapter please

Wanderer of Worlds

Honestly, I'm kinda ticked off by these guys. "If we win we get this entire world that you built yourself and is a part of you, but if you win we'll behave!" Like what? They can't actually think this is fair, right? Are they that stupid to think they can easily win against a "creation spirit" in its own realm???

Rina

They’re stupid, scared and don’t actually understand what an inner realm is or what it means to be the master of one. They’re also likely under the illusion that they could actually take Ke Yin and that he’s negotiating because he has to. Hopefully he trounces them so hard next chapter that they realize how nice he’s being and it nock their pride down the whole freaking ladder.

Rina

Do you think rock guy realizes that if he wins he’s literally putting everyone in a worse situation and dooming his people once more? Like, this is Really not the even stakes he thinks it is.

AceHW

So, what he could do is call to himself whatever elemental qi is most similar to them and that body, such as rock and earth and sand, and try to power up with it. Similarly, he could try to combine such elements to make geo-qi or even a better geo-qi He could also make that body fly/hover. imagine their reaction to one of their kind seemingly flying He could also shape terrain, or any number of such feats (from the rocks' perspective) as a show of power

Nicholas Williams Chamarro

I think it would be nice if Ke Yin used the martial energy he obtained during the tournament.

Endgame

There was a Giant named Hrungnir. Hrungnir is explicitly described as having a heart of stone, a head of stone, and a shield of stone. He challenged the god Odin to a horse race and later fought Thor in a duel. That's the only being in Norse Mythology that can be described as made of stone in some way. Is that who you were thinking of?

Nicholas Williams Chamarro

I agree, I especially would like to see the martial energy (forgor the name of it) again. However, I would not use blue or red sun energy until the genesis seed is freed.

Dan Isl

I don't know what it is but these last few chapters seemed a little cheap/convenient. Edit: I think I know what it is. In past, whenever Ke Yin attained some sort of upgrade/advantage, it seemed like a natural byproduct of events in the plot. This time it feels like Ke Yin needed some new feature for his internal world - like sentient beings - and the plot so ever-conveniently bends to provide it to him. It feels cheap.

Rina

It should be a crushing victory, anything less wouldn’t make sense and would be a bad outcome.
