Got the sidewinder intercooler setup on the Turbo V6 Accord totally finished today! Had to fabricate a new bash bar to mount the intercooler, weld the entire intercooler, add a BOV on the intercooler, and then make two completely new charge pipes. Super happy with the results. Looks like a proper high HP Honda now.

The last thing I’m going to do is make another heat shield for the pipe that goes over the turbo. After that, I gotta install the new electronic boost controller and throw it on the dyno!

400whp is the goal!

Shouldn't the bov be as close to the throttle body as possible? Like the old setup. Since that's where the pressure will build up first

Yes that is the ideal location, but it really doesn’t make much of a difference. Lots of modern turbos even have the recirc valve built into the turbo which is as far away from the throttle body as you can get haha. I chose the intercooler location cause I didn’t like the look of the BOV in the engine bay.

That looks awesome!
