Apple is forcing Patreon to pay 30% on every single pledge made. This means that if you want to subscribe to a 10$ tier, then you'll be paying 14.5$ instead.

Now, how can you avoid this Apple fee? You can just subscribe using a mobile web browser or a computer browser(Chrome, Safari, Mozilla, Opera, etc.), and then use the Apple app to surf through Patreon normally. 

In conclusion, Apple 30% fee is something that might annoy you. So, I suggest you simply use your phone's web browser, log in to Patreon on the website, and use that to subscribe to your favorite Patreon Creators.

Don't use the iOS app to subscribe if you don't want to pay 30% extra.
