So just to point out, since you still were mentioning it at the beginning discussion. The coordinates Lena sent to ambush at would have been the correct coordinates if they hadn't already deployed. But they deployed and was ready before Lena was even on comms or in her cubicle. So they were already farther ahead than where she had assumed they were. Basically they had a head start on her. They weren't disobeying her orders, they had already just been much closer to the enemy than she could have predicted at the moment. Raiden even pointed this out talking to Shin. That she had given the precise coordinates for a great ambush if they were to deploy at that moment. Praising her ability and judgment.
