Violet really is putting herself in a power position after this is all done. Though depending on if the second group of people have a leader of any kind, she might have some competition. It’s kind of funny how much it’s bothering Violet that Aubrey seems to have so little confidence. Since I think it’s helping Violet more than it harming them. Because otherwise I feel like Aubrey would be challenging violet’s decisions way more often. Simply because before Aubrey’s trauma. She struck me as a leader type. But with her confidence so thoroughly blown, she’s deferring to others way more than I think she naturally would. It makes me wonder if Aubrey will truly ever get that confidence back.
