New item : Grappling hook ! Interaction with the environment, NPC and the giantess (Patreon)

I was motivated these last few days so I added another item : Grappling hook ! You can do lots of cool and funny things with it :
You can use it to reach the tops of buildings, move around much faster, and even hook onto the giantess’s body (which will look cool once she starts moving). But most importantly, you can use it to pull NPCs
For example, I could kidnap the kitten by pulling it with the hook.
Since the grappling hook is really powerful, it will be a paid (with the game money) item that is pretty expensive (so you need to accomplish optional quests to buy it). The grappling hook will be upgradable (range/speed...). For the first versions of the game, I'll make it a default item (can be activated/deactivated with the left mouse button).
I also completely finished the AI for Beladdy.
I will now work on setting up the Supermarket and Pharmacy in the city (buy the assets, put the different items in it). Once it's done, I will then work on the interacting system with the giantess (being able to ask her different questions with multiple choices).
