I haven’t watched the last minute and I’m sorry if you don’t want advice -disregard if you don’t want advice. I disagree that you don’t have passions!!! Maybe you just haven’t discovered what it is that fulfills you about your passions - ex: you like hanging out with your friends…why? Ask yourself 4-5 why’s and you to isolate what it is ABOUT your passions that gives back to you or makes you look forward to something. Those things do something for you that you can also find in other activities - you just have to identify what they do for you before you can start exploring. Think of it like you’re being some annoying little kid that keeps asking you “whyyyyyyy?” About every little thing until you’ve gotten to the bottom of it. Then you can start exploring things that also replicate that thing. Maybe your motivating “purpose” can come from that! Also, I don’t recommend doing this while in the rot stage - you have to be kind and honest AND MOSTLY KIND with yourself and that’s REALLY DIFFICULT when you’re hibernating. Its okay jodi, you are not alone. I pretty much followed the path my parents set for me, only now realizing that i would really not be good at that (career).. i felt so lost and sad for so long because GOD does it suck not to know what to do with your life. I guess all i can say is i am figuring it out one day at a time. I hope this can be of some comfort to you as well! We are all just humans trying to figure out how life works! 😩
