I wonder if the gods even know that Aeon has been collecting hero fragments for like a hundred years. I hope they don't to tell you the truth the gods in this world seem small and petty. I'm almost rooting for Aeon to kinda form a relationship with the demons at this point. The demon spirit possessing the heroes in the spirit realm seemed a little more reasonable than the gods lol.

Nice to get lausanne's perspective on aeon and to see why the aiva church is starting a 'pretend' war. Also kind of funny how she thought about the situation. "You're our political prisoner and will stay here for the foreseeable future." "Meh, sure why not. Accomadations are nice and I wasn't doing much anyways. Certianly better than the hellfire and demonrot-sludge covered mudpit I was in for 20 years. Somebody bring me more tea."

Sonata Shinonome

honestly I never kind of liked Lausanne, so I happy that she got taken out of the game early.

Jacob

I like seeing grown up Lausanne, thanks for the chapter

reji

Yay! Two chapters! Lau is matured too much from kid, she is like another person, without his Hero idea and all. Just... living.

I think it would be interesting to see things from one of the gods' POV, but maybe that's a little too 'meta' for this kind of story, who knows. Maybe from the perspective of one of the reincarnation gods that sends heroes to the world? I'm thinking there might be two levels of gods here right now. The ones like Gaya and Aiva are lesser gods and only bound to that one world, so it would make sense that they wouldn't want another contender in the form of Aeon stealing their believers. The other would be what I'll call greater gods, and they are the ones that can view/project into multiple worlds and are responsible for powering the heroes and their beefed up classes

Seriously, I hope Lausanne eventually does something to reveal the gods BS or whatever. Ever since she was little, she was different from everyone else in that she wanted to be a hero and not just wait for one. She knows that heroes are like pawns, and now she knows the temples are as well.

Joseph

Rather disappointed that Lausanne told them some of Aeons abilities.

Thanks for the chapter. I have a feeling Lausanne is getting more...'distant' to Aeon, despite her spending a long time with him. Well, guess everyone change.

n00by_ME

I actually have no idea why she told 'em all of that. Unless she is starting to dislike Aeon, it makes little sense, especially since she clearly remembers that Tree-Tree likes to hide his "full breath" of... well, everything he can do.

I'd really like to know how Lausanne ended up with her Husband. Outside of a "chance meeting", I can't comprehend how she ended up adventuring with that group. Their levels are too far apart and it seems they ain't specialized toward demon-hunting either. I mean Lausanne has history as an adventurer way back when she was still part of the Valtrian Order, so it's unlikely that they put her with that group so she can get more expierience as an Adventurer and putting an "Max-Level" as a temporary babysitter doesn't make sense either. The more I think about it the less sense it makes how she even ended up with a team like this.

Praekun

Depending on her future actions i want to see her start to lose her blessings, she has obviously lost her feelings for the Aeon. She hasn’t mentioned that she believes him to be a god so how did she get the aeonic class variant?

n00by_ME

She actually DID mention how she considered Aeon to be atleast a demi-god from the very beginning.

Grissly1000

I would like to know what happened to Meela and Alexis in all that time, and what does Aeon Research right now?

The Void

Is it too cruel for me to hope that Lausanne dies and is reincarnated by Aeon into that Dryad body? I mean that thing is just sitting there unused so...

zenot funr

shouldn't Aeon have access to lots of that demonite stuff now that a demon king died near his lands?

treeaeons

daemolite is usually found near the corpse of the demon king, so yes. there should be some now that the most recent demon king is relatively near!

Turora

Oo fascinating! I really enjoyed the side story!
