Bugfix release with a couple of new sliders.

Added Upper and Lower Thigh Collision sliders
Changed Skirt category name to Skirt Scale
Fixed resetting length sliders not working in some circumstances
Fixed skirt offsets not being saved per-coordinate
Fixed weird scaling (e.g. leg extension) when changing stock sliders
Refactoring, created BoneConfiguration class for external access
