Substantial performance increase for the inspector and a big overall UI update.

Added location, scale, rotation controls for Transforms
Added location controls for RectTransform
Added speed, wireframe and object dumper tools
Reorganized UI (all windows have been repositioned and resized); UI tweaks and fixes
Massive inspector performance increase (Only draws visible items now)
Removed inspector limit on values shown with large lists
Disabled inspector value caching since it's no longer needed (real-time values again)
Fixed inspector crashes when inspected object was destroyed
Fixed root gameobject list getting out of date in object viewer
Fixed hardcoded dnSpy path
Renamed quit h scene button to not be alpha anymore
