I really want Aurelia to NOT change. Like, let her be evil bitch. But do good cuz the other "solution" is her/entire country/world to be dead. Changing her to "good" side is soo cliched. Let be evil still be evil, but force them to do "good" cuz the alternative is too scary.

So far, Aurelia has been under Lucian's watch this whole time. She's never truly been given the option to choose what she wants, without the consequence of death over her head. I imagine that we won't ever really be able to tell if she has changed until she gets put into such a position. Also, she is still looking for ways to raise holy affinity. Confessing to the monastery sounds like one, if done right. Even if she legitimately is scared it might end up getting her killed.

I want Aurelia to change. People are complicated, even those who would have done evil. In this case she was stopped Before she could do anything unforgivable, so by that measure alone she deserves forgiveness. Having a single bad guy change side is hardly unreasonable or strange either. But I do praise you, Nomobrosus, for making Lucian look like the bad guy in the interaction with her. Nice touch no matter which way it goes.

Clichés are clichés for good reason (personally I am sucker for true enemies to lovers cliché) but anyway what matters most is execution. So, as long as author keeps writing quality stuff which I trust he will, all will be good :)
