Nice upgrades! Remember, she's only got 94% Fire Resistance if the level scaling from the upgraded All Is One isn't factored in. At level 10, it should probably be slightly higher than it's base 10%.

Hecate is wrong that she can cast [Clean Entry] eight times. The amulet restores 10% of her mana on each kill, which is actually more than each [Clean Entry] cost. So she can use it infinitely, provided she has the ammunition. And the amount of mana recovered will only increase as she levels. That's a bit busted.

Contrast this, however, to her mother's ability to destroy an entire army with a single spoken word. In light of that, this power level doesn't seem so absurd. Especially as a class tailor-made for her by two gods with a plan.
