Pulse 389 WIP 4 (Patreon)

Seems like it's in good shape to update on the right day.  Just have to color it, write the dialog, and letter it.

I've toyed with coloring each of the three outfits differently, but I probably should color them all the same if they are meant to match her father's costume.
