Negotiating gives Jason their cooperation, which makes it easier to work with the civilian populations than Jason going full Dominion and just taking what he needs. Taking what he needs without cooperation would also mean he has to fight for every step of the process, much like his first visit to earth, which would be counterproductive to his agenda, if an acceptable alternative.

Much like on Palli, the system isn't much more than a glorified message system as far as this is concerned. It has no way to enforce what he demands, only to remove a convenience. To earth, making a demand like that would likely be brushed off as more magic jibbery or as the herald of the apocalypse round 2. It may be able to be very public, but it's not more than words and only one way.

What he said was very straightforward to me, honestly your statement and his give the exact same intent he was just a bit more eloquent with it. There wasn’t really anything here that I would consider clown shoes, he basically told them he would open the proverbial door to his knowledge but on his terms and his terms alone for the 10 years until earth is introduced to Pallimustus, and if any try to go against his terms even by technicality he will engage them with extreme prejudice and if they otherwise can’t accept they can freely bugger off and be left irrelevant.

While there are likely thousands to millions of people on Earth Jason wouldn't see as innocent, there are billions who are. The worst they've done being voting for the people exploiting them. Honestly, does he even need the whole world? Let's be honest here; all he needs are the ppl in Asano Paris + Solvakia village's. Why doesn't he just advance them first. As a test case if anything. Put them ahead? OR Take them and leave the rest of the world to develop themselves. Let them meet whatever fate is there for them to meet. At the pace they were going before he got there, they were well on their way to blowing themselves up! So just say, 'thanks for the good times' and 'Peace out' on them. (After he ensures Pallimustis won't be destroyed when the earth blows itself up, of course) Plus, hasn't he learned the lesson of what teaching ppl who are constantly looking to stab you in the back, gets you??? Isn't he looking for this Simon guy because of the information/teachings he gave them? Aren't the golds that are troubling him using the HURRIN METHOD? I think what ever Raythe told him is significantly bigger than Pallimustus. I mean, it clearly involves Pallimustus and most likely the Pallimustus God of Knowledge at that. But as you said, the invasion from Pallimustus is something was known/anticipated and they have been working towards getting Earth prepared. It has to be something more than just that or Jason wouldn't have altered his approach. At least, that's my 2 biscuits.

See, Jason knows how people will react to things he says. He knows these governments will want to reject his proposal and probably will. He’s done this before. That’s why I think his performance from last chapter was a calculated move. If it wasn’t, then it’s just him being his normally too trusting self. Good chapter though! If Jason really wants to 'act' like the Big 3 Global powers, then he should've used shade and started to quietly 'dissappear' ppl. 1. First, all the ppl that were deliberately trying to kill or sabotage him last time he was here. Gone! 2. Then the ppl actively trying to betray, setup, and kill him and his team now. Gone! 3. Then, the current ppl who are in gov't only to 'enrich' themselves, or hoard power. Those who have no care whether or not their ppl are doing well or not, just as long as they obey. Gone! 4. And people who are too greedy or stupid, who keep trying to steal/mine Reality Stones! You know, the ppl that will destroy the planet and galaxy in order to get a mite stronger in personal power? Those A-hole?! .... Yeah, GONE!!! He could either kill them OR trap them like he did Elizabeth and send them to a prison world, where they could all play with each other. Either way, they are not out there constantly plotting against him and his family.

@SmokeJam Dictator? Tyrant? LOL Nope... not at all. We all know Jason has no desire to lead or take over Earth, don't forget that part. But he could get a few threats to him, his family, and friends out of the way/ off planet, and work with whoever is left. And he could replace world leaders w/ people like Anna. People who have a genuine interest in progressing the world forward, but were never in a position to do so. Over time, Im sure a dictator or two will pop up amongst the new batch of world leaders, but that will be someone else's problem by then. SMH. And yes, we could've skipped the last 20 or so chapters if he did that. Why make a big show of your arrival and setup a fight, (A fight, that to my eyes he lost, got his butt kicked and his team had to save him!) to show how strong you are, when you could just, smile and wave, and 'make list', then quietly cross people off that list? Look, ultimately a confrontation was coming, right? He knew it, they knew it. So instead of fighting it out loud aka having a war, that sends your forces against their forces, whom they will be hiding behind, forcing Jason and friends to kill mostly innocent ppl following orders trying to preserve their world from 'invaders' , why not just take the quiet and silent route instead? Just capture or Kill them in the dark? Working from the shadows, should kinda be his thing! LOL

I feel we got awhile before long skip happens, they have lots of big aspirations so I'm sure we'll get jumps between months and maybe years but a real time skip at this point would be wild unless Shirtaloon is trying to end the story as soon as possible
