Good job Aya, that takes a lot of dedication. Btw, is it bad that I've got the that verse from Paris by Chainsmokers stuck in my head? I keep substituting "down" for "drown" :-P

Don't give up Aya! Also - suggest back up/back down quickly, give Chihaya a refill, and then figure out where to go from here. Repeating the process will give you all day to figure something out!

It's like you have said... they rather die together than leave the other to save her own life...

Aya could've definitely swam to the surface, grabbed air, and swam back down to transfer some to Chihaya if she had down so earlier, with their purported lung capacity. But either way - while I love the bondage scenario and would love to see it more, seeing them both so resigned has got me feeling sad :( . Don't give up!

Oh man, this so so sad, I'm practically choking up right now. Don't give up yet, Aya! There's still time for you to do something! Either way, I still think Aya's love for Chihaya in this scene is sweet - that deep love is a big reason why I enjoy these girls so much as characters. Hopefully this isn't the end just yet and that guy (was his name Ken?) is able to get down there...

I'm also reminded of some music - namely the outro to the song "Floods" by Pantera. One of the saddest instrumentals of the 90's IMO.

And Aya, what's with giving up? Come up with another plan, try something, anything! At least you'd have a chance, giving up makes it certain.

Misty May

That's the odd thing, giving up seems, well, just not the sort of thing that the Aya we all know and love would do. It just seems, well, oddly out of character.
