If you are looking for an activity for exercise, every year here in New Zealand around May they do a charity cycle about 230kms in one day from Queenstown to Invercargill for the rescue helicopter. My boss was a big supporter of it but he passed away recently so I would love to get more attention on it.

Credit to you for always being true to yourself, respecting yourself and an audience. It takes pure guts to speak out in certain industries- this very much one of those!
