CHRISTMAS is my absolute favourite time of year.

I love waiting up until midnight on December 24th and watching a chronically overweight man in a red jacket burst through the fireplace. I love sipping the fragrant mulled wine and frolicking in the snow like a Reindeer on speed.

And so unsurprisingly, I want to end 2019 on a high note, by releasing all of the above in the coming weeks leading up to Christmas.

We start this week's Patreon vlog, with an exclusive opening look at the first minute of the Journey Across Japan epilogue, involving Back to the Future, Yakitori chicken and a groundbreaking music cover a 1950's classic.  And we finish it, with a look at the awesome Abroad in Japan soundboard that's been years in the making (I mean, quite literally, some of those quotes date back 6 years).

This weekend we'll release the hour long Patreon exclusive video for Natsuki: The Movie, where Natsuki and I react to it and reminisce on its chaotic production - both for a bit of fun and to take the lessons learned forward into next year's projects.

We also wrapped filming today on an episode teaching key Japanese phrases whilst walking around Tokyo, eating sausages and buying stupid hats in Donquijote. It was hilarious to work on and should be a nice return back to the language learning videos that the Abroad in Japan channel was built on.
