The snake trap is done!

Since this update will have only one trap, the snake will appear anywhere in the Deep Forest.
Similar to the spider it lowers itself from the trees after Sonja walks to close under it (indicated by the shadow). The shadow you see here can bend in any direction to fit this trap to it's surroundings; making it more flexible.

In contrast to the spider trap, the area of which Sonja can get caught is way bigger. So make sure to move around. Or not? :)

I might make the shadow a bit less visible, cause it's quite present.

Now that I'm done with all the enemies and one trap (MAYBE secret enemy at the very end of this update), I'll move on to work on the new ingredients, essences and potions. There will be 4 new potions; 2 of them will be enhanced versions of the stamina/health regeneration potions. And the other 2... I need to figure out what I'd like. Feel free to suggest something.

This doesn't neccessarly mean there will be no more new potions in PSS after that. Maybe, after we gathered a bunch more that would be really neat to include I can add more in one update. Depends.

You will hear from me again after the potion topic is done.

For now, have a nice weekend!

How about an invisible potion. That way you can avoid traps for a while. The snake can give you the ingredients for it and the rat can be as well. I mean it is a sneaky snake so why not?

James May

Lottery Potion. Consume to randomize all items in your inventory (while not in the shop).

Menero

A better (stronger) pheromone potion, or maybe something that gives you the "irresistible" trait that the mirror in the mansion sometimes grands you.

Terrell Hird

Maybe a potion that switches health and stamina damage you take so you lose stamina instead of health from attacks and vice versa.

DonkeyButt

Some kind of reset or respawn potion, for if you're farming a particular zone? The benefit over simply returning to the shop would be preserving your buffs.
