Welp, I got an answer:

Hello,

Your account was suspended due to a breach of Mega's Terms of Service  including clause 13.5.4 - abuse of rights of others and sharing of  illegal data.

This is because material imported into your account has been shared  publicly by some users and has been identified as illegal and highly  objectionable.

You will not be able to regain access to your data, re-register with your email address nor appeal this decision. (...)

Took them nearly two years to restrict my creative freedom. But I guess they can make their own rules which are definitely not pressured from somewhere unknown, am I right?

At least I know the problem, so I can look for an alternative. People already suggested a few options, thanks for that :)

Still no second answer :/ I doubt that I will get one. But if so I post it here at once, no matter the content.

Knolden

That is grade a horseshit. All your material is orginal and legal.

Menero

Ask them what is illegal about it, they cant just kick you out, they are bound to the same rules as they bind you. Your content might be objectionable to some, but its not illegal in the country of origin nor in the country of Megas headquarter... Sometimes this happens if your account creates to much traffic from to many diffrent IP adresses because it "looks" like you are sharing protected content. Happened to a friend of mine aswell, he created a bootable ISO for some chinese knockoff Raspberry Pie and got banned aswell...

Okay, I wrote a mail back. I'll pointed out the points you made. If I get an answer back, I'll post it here in the comment section. Thx for the help.

Paladox

They said something similar when they banned me. lol It's a bit more detailed (and yet more generic) this time though. What it really boils down to is, "Well we noticed your files include pornographic stuff and that makes us uncomfortable. We should really give you a warning first but we don't actually care. *bunt!* Bye!"

Menero

They dont seem to do anything against all the porn site rips... And they dont have a pararaph saying porn is forbidden. What the do say is that content that "unsuitable, offensive, obscene or discriminatory information of any kind" is forbidden, and since that are all highly subjectiv adjectives they would not have any weight infront of a cort because if you translate that it basicaly says "Everything we dont like"...

ZULEYKA GAMES

Exactly. Everything we don’t like... That sounds not so good, but what alternative do we have as creators? ;)

Menero

Beleave it or not but im nagging my boss since a year or so to give me some server capacitys to do exactly that, but apperently Artist of the Adult kind arent a big enough target market... The best way (but also the most risky) is to host your stuff on your own hompage on your own server

randomcrow

Actually funny, like nearly every person seen porn in their life (what's the number? 99,5%?) And still treat us like second class citizen.

Icarus Media

I know right? Too many mistakes are being made by people who don't know what they're doing, too many none porn people are coming through, the none expert opinions with them. We need to build a firewall and make the none porn people pay for it. :-)

Menero

the problem is people dont admit it. Pretty much everyone has seen Porn, but go out on the streat and ask people about it. They will look at you like youre an alien and try to burn you! Porn industrie has always been very low budget, they try to save every penny they can to maximise there semi legal winning... Just look at the porn portal network (the biggest porn network there is!) There hosting is so terible they actualy loose content due tecnical failures yet they make double digget millions a year...

Menero

And the next shithole to fall into are all the terible Hosting companies out there. We have resellers that make 300% profit on every server rental they do... Its wrotten as fuck but you cant do anything against it because messing with the end customer is even worse.
