Patreon recently offered creators a new way of charging their patrons. I activated this, because I think this is more fair for supporters.

The new system makes you pay on the day that you became a supporter AND on the same day one month later.
(example: You join at the 10th of the month -> you pay now and on the 10th next month until you unpledge)

The old system made you pay on the day that you became a supporter AND at the 1st of every month.

You can see that people could feel overcharged when joining late in the month. I gave a description on my public page, but people might just not see. Especially if other creators already doing it the new way, they figure I do so as well.

This system is ONLY working for new patrons!
For already subscribers there isn't any change: They will still get charged at the 1st of every month.
So, if you wanna get charged on a specific day, unsubscribe, and come back at the day you want.

I thank you for your support of my little, big projects here.
Enjoy your day.

Need to add to this if you are currently a patron, you will need to unpledge and wait before repledging to get the new system. Patreon gives your rewards until the end of your billing cycle, so wait until your current one runs out first. I.e. if I unpledge now, I still get Random Crow posts and rewards for my tier until the 1st. I need to wait till then or later than that to repledge.

Well, you really did the right thing by changing your payment method. But unfortunately this is not fair to the old members.
