An American made car…something showy…perhaps a white Caddy with custom plates “LWYRUP”? And “A cathedral of justice”? Who would have guessed that Kim planted the seed for Saul’s car and tacky office. In the cold open, so many Easter Eggs…some we have already seen and a few yet to come. The cardboard model of Saul being thrown in the dumpster could have several meanings. It may be worth watching the opening again and see what all you can spot.

I think Kim mostly just wants to do her pro bono stuff, and scheming on Howard is a mixture of wanting the Sandpiper case money to fund that life, as well as she just has fun doing it, and maybe a little vindictive side of getting back at Howard for all the stuff from HHM over the years. How many hours did she spend in a dark basement doing shitty paper work? I'm sure all of this stuff is mixed together.

It's a win / win for kim.... she gets huge funding for her pro bono clinic, and she hates Howard and thinks he deserves it. Part of her is still stuck in that mail room, in doc review.
