I think I watched all taiwanese BL's out there so far but this one will be my favorite for a long long time. I really love everything about this show! For one, I love the music omg. The Intro, the slow motion song, every other song they put in there, I love them all. The acting is so good and the chemistry they have is amazing. All the characters are so likeable. What I like the most is the natural development of their relationship, like you also said. There is no pressure or active attempt to get together. All Xu Qi Zhang is doing is being there for Ye Guang, caring for him, making him happy without expecting anything in return and they naturally become closer, I love that. 😍 I also love the second couple. Ray and Jian are so good together! Maybe Ray's reaction is so extreme because he thinks he misinterpreted Jian's intentions and maybe he thinks that Jian doesn't like him in that way but only as a friend. We don't know yet but i hope we will. I'm sure they will solve their misunderstanding and get together in the end. 🥰 Like you said, why are the best shows always so short. 😭 But this series is balanced so well, maybe it's good that there are not too many episodes. ^^

I love what you said about everything. The parents, its so sad, these are the type of parents where the kids either do drugs or commit suicide. My friends parents actually had her to complete the American Picture. Her Dad was a cop, mom was a bank teller. They got married, bought the house and had to complete the picture with a kid. She was a 4.2 GPA, Swim team, volleyball, track. Basically perfect kid. Her Mom kept saying, why can't you be like this other girl who was somewhat better in everything. 4.4 gpa, Varsity volleyball not JV. OMG even now 20 years later my friends mom mentioned that girls mother as a comparison with illness. My friend got into drugs senior year of HS and never finished college and has been an addict ever since. I usually worry about families with too much pressure. I only know 2 ok, 3 instances where it has been positive. But in those situations they get to have love, friends, and a balance. And they are all All Star sports and Straight A students. My relative just got into Yale for basketball plus hes the smartest kid in school. For a poor, black kid from New Jersey, He worked his butt off and Im so glad my half sister and her mom gave him all the love and support he needed to get there.

I have an unhealthy relationship with blueming😂😂😂 I think I have watched that show by my self about 10 times and with you about 5 times.... I just keep going back... it's like my happy pill... can't wait for season 2
