making an EP (Patreon)

basically a mini album! I set this goal for myself for the next year. I think a lot of times I get so jaded and detached from certain things in my life that what gives me the most fulfillment is creating pieces of art to live on past me. It makes me feel like I have value and something to offer HAHA....Patreon is now my therapy (not really but y'know).

I think it'd be super interesting to explore a story via the songs, and to have them all connect in some way thematically.

My theme for this was FOOD, but mostly, bittersweet feelings and everything between and after, whether that's sweet or sour.

- milk bread (I really just..want a song called milk bread I don't know why it's my hyperfixation right now)
- passionfruit
- black sesame
- matcha?

I'm super excited because I get to work with some really talented producers and musicians, so I'm hoping to incorporate a lot of new elements to this that I normally don't do. I have a rough vision and I hope I can pull it off for next year. I will post updates as we continue to write and compose. LILY OUT. 🫡

(Side note, do you guys mind just text updates? I feel like I have a lot of stuff I want to update patreon but I feel bad when I have no audio file or art to show for it. I enjoy writing about my process though, or just thoughts. I've a lot of them).
