Considering the circumstances around this update, it is a slightly special one, at least in our hearts. Hopefully you will feel the same way. Here it is:

In terms of our development, it actually went somewhat smoothly this month. The scriptwriting process got revamped slightly, and although it isn’t perfect, we feel it has improved overall. We’ll see how this month goes now that the new systems are in place.

The biggest stumbling block we encountered was that the person we hired to do our animation disappeared for a while and only reappeared with the final product literally yesterday, so getting that in the game in time was a bit of a nailbiter. We were really hoping we wouldn’t have to delay our anniversary update and were starting to concoct backup plans to prevent that from happening. We are glad it didn’t come to anything like that! In the future, we plan on avoiding such circumstances, to be safe.
