Been making comments in discord about how other factions or even individuals wouldn't respect Jake's autonomy and pressure him to be a breeding bull. Glad that was addressed, of the potential blessings Jake could've gotten I do wonder if Valdemar would've caved (likely to his wife asking him to), Umbra might have simply from outside pressure.

Squeee! I’m super excited about the Seat of the Exalted Prima event. Although going by past history, it’s probably 2-3 books away. But at least Jake is in the needed grade now! I love the hint of future conflict with Eversmile although at this point I can’t even wrap my head around what that might look like. And I love the Viper being like “look at this freak of nature I managed to luck into grabbing first.” Villy is here for the chaos!

If im not mistaken it wasn't a potion, just a chunk of transmuted yip, and as for when? I couldn't see him actually getting it till godhood, S-grade at the earliest. That is unless the viper massively toned down its innate potency.

Way back when Jake was given the option to change his race, his Bloodline got really offended and I wonder why his Bloodline cares that he stays human. It can mutate any race to make him the new apex of that race, so why not? I'm thinking about it now bc when Jake does decide to have biological kids, will his Bloodline supercede the mother's genes and always make his kids human? 👶

I had the same thought. I was also curious as to if jake even could have kids with a non-human that would carry his, or a version of his bloodline. What i mean is, if the kid was to be born with the BL, would its race be superseded and be born human, or would any kid born to artemis (or any other non-human) not be compatible with getting the BL. Furthermore, could the BL end up being detrimental to a non-full human or would it mutate to be like “actually nah, half elf where its at bruh”.

Okay hear me out. We know a few things, there is an unknown faction out there working in the shadows. Secondly, the system always works in balance. And now we know the system is way out of balance for Jake.... but what if it isn't. What if the system is balancing by making Jake over powered. Maybe there is another race out there with this unknown faction that is getting incredibly strong and the system is balancing itself out by having Jake impact the entire human race 🤷‍♂️

TFTC all caught up now. Notes: echoes from book 9 that I was re-reading just before this. When he evolved to C grade. Only now seriously overpowered. I’m totally good with that. I am kinda sad that I’ll have to wait so long before the audio catches up to the released books. Something to look forward to. Update: I just finished book 9 and it was of course Jake at the chosen party and the last little bit was about the United Tribes getting in on wanting some Jake juice. Then sending people to earth . Must’ve missed where the United Tribes and Jake or the order were not on friendly terms? For Louise to worry? Wait, were they on the side of that other Chosen? I forget all who were, but since most of the other orders were kinda in on the joke, I thought only the Holy Church got in trouble. ?

Grappling with mortality after losing his family will be a really important character moment for him He's previously said when visiting his parents that there are things he won't do bc he doesn't want his parents to hear about some terrible choice he made

Well we need like 2-3 years for C grade, the time needed to process through grades can only be more not less so I highly doubt we get to A grade before 2030 and I don't even want to know when we see S grade and/or above, I mean we got C grade nevermore (the best arc in my opinion so far and way to short) and still got here so late. Even if every grade includes an nevermore arc which I doubt will be the case we would have to wait longer and longer with every grade

So with the events so far with the seat of the exalted prima. The separate events seem to each connect with the different asepcts of being a ruler. First was strength. You had to earn the right to rule, whether or not you were a ruler didn't matter. Second was defending your lands from external threats. If we were to follow it with the steps of nobility, it would be equal to: soldier, then knight, so the next step needs to move past pure strength to earning acknowledgement from those outside your lands or also known as lordship. So i could see each galaxy gaining a central dungeon that uses reputation as a currency, a Karmic currency where it doesn't remove the prices for what can be earned within it, but would give ranging discounts based upon their actions.

Also, i am more and more certain that Jakes bloodline is connected to the Seat of the Exalted Prima, and that the system is currently giving him the right to earn that place. Especially since it is becoming more and more clear that the tirle is "Exalted" not "Prima" which makes this the seat of the "First Exalted"

That line about unique life form, a weird theory pop up when reading that line. The thing about unique life is they come with a lot of caveats, one of which is unable to incorporate into a any social structure, not just due to their abilities but also their nature. What if Jake is the system way of trying to make a unique life form that is a deviant of the enlighten race without any of its caveat? Some of his bloodline quirk would make more sense if it view as a special ability of a unique life form.

I am surprised that Jake didn't share a little more about his profession choices and in particular that he thought the skill that let him see the Vipers past was still there and that he thinks it might be related more to primeval origin then being a heretic. I also expected him to share the choice of the first sage class and them discuss that since the Viper is very interested in everything around the first sage also and the only one Jake can talk to about him due to forbidden knowledge.
