Suggested edits: "*About seven times*, he’d already" This is an oddly specific phrasing "Multiple times, " seems more natural. Also maybe ditch the comma and the "already" they are unnecessary. " it was something the Shaman couldn’t quite comprehend *how it was even possible*." again odd phrasing, maybe "...as even possible." instead. "one-and-*one* kind of thing" should be "done" "but alas, all the ** Arachnecs had fled. " either theres a missing word "other" or you meant "were dead" at the end. "similar to the *Ectognamorhps*, though," misspelled "know their kin *has* fallen here" should be "have" since there were multiple.

Absolutely comical how jake being weird is affecting the venusians thoughts of his entire race, and also very interesting that this minor world doesn't seem to have much of a connection to alchemy or archery I get the distinct impression jake is going to get to put on his teaching hat. Tyftc

O no he totally forgot about it and since he didn’t explain classes or professions they have no idea that anything he’s wearing is actually important well it would be his new race skill kind of makes everything but weapons redundant he should see if he can get anything that gives percentage multipliers instead of stats not sure if that’s a thing though his mask does it for mana regeneration

One point I find funny is how Jake continuously mention how the testing of his skills are kinda inconclusive because his foes were "weak". They were still over 30 levels above him...

I really like this planet haha Perfect for Jake I can already imagine the cultural differences if/when they meet a different human Even their simple act of being a good host and offering "tea" ... would actually be giving their supposed guests a literal bowl of poison haha I bet the A grade Oracle's tea could be deadly to other A grades [This does make me wonder, although not very relevant seeing how theyre monsters and dont have professions- how different is cooking from alchemy? Would that "tea" actually be considered a "poison potion"? What makes the difference? It could literally just be system shenanigans and "depend on the intent of the creator" ... like: "no this is normal tea what do you mean?"] I must be a bit sleepy lol. Mentally going off on rants. Just made me think of what someone like Arnolds identify skill would look like? For all we know, that madman might see the chemical composition and just instantly understand what substance is] Nice to see the improvements after the evolution! He seems pretty adjusted so far to it Luckilly his test subjects are enemies... any complaints they could make can be put directly in the garbage

I don't understand how Miranda would lose out. Raining toxic frogs would be a bioweapon deployment of insane proportions and creating and propogating a whole ecology if they're invading a hostile faction. All they need is to ribbit ribbit some smack talk and maybe racial slurs against mushrooms and Jake would be so happy. The levels she'd gain!

I think it falls into the baker vs the swordsman kind of weak. Stats are higher from levels but Jakes skills outclass the skills he's up against.

eh, likely what he will do is just give them some very basic info, and some books(if he has them) to expand on said info, he is bad at teaching in general, and add to that what his alchemy metodology is not exactly one easily replicable

This minor world makes so much sense for the beginning of b-grade. Jake needs tons of b grade enemies to kill, tons of B-Grade (maybe even A-Grade) allies for the upcoming event, more experience with high quality toxic treasures and affinities. He’s doing all of that while casually just throwing in new enemy types we’ve never seen and skill interactions we’ve dreamt of. Love this book.

Not only is he going to teach them alchemy but they will benefit from spirit of man since they are his allies and comrades in arms. I could see Jake leaving for the prima event and returning to find the Venusians have basically conquered the minor world. Especially if there is some type of time dilation effect within the minor world.

I am curious about the time lapse in this world compared to his universe. I bet time is rapidly sped up and he spends years here training and growing before the event. If many thousands of years passed in the number of years since integration, this could be an amazing growth opportunity for Jake to power level then spend time focused on his Jake juice alchemy and gen he gets home, he could end up with a huge advantage

It has occurred to me that Jake now actually has incentive to rebuild the Endless Empire as much as possible by creating as many quasi-true royals as he can with his new primeval manipulation skills. Technically speaking it would be a great way to power level his profession and boost his performance in the upcoming event.

I really like when characters diverge from the normal laid back speech that Jake and Villy sling around. They would never even think about a fight like "truly, this is an exhilarating and highly palpitating situation in which I find myself" 😌 The boys moreso think along the lines of "congrats to you for becoming my exercise" 😈

The amount of records Villy is getting right now… he is the only god who knows about and have seen this world AND his chosen is about to bring them in to the alchemist fold. after the prima event, Casper and his ghost king buddy lead an army to establish zombiespiderville, name required by jake for giving them access. key earthlings come along to see if there is anything of value for your factions. something goes wrong with caspers ritual to attack the nest. ghost king buddy and ice bear elemental step forward to hold off powerful A grade while everybody escapes. earthlings laugh at their noble gesture, "chill. this is kind of our thing." fight over in 15 minutes. spoiler: the prima event ends with a vote by surviving administrators. not looking good for jake. his friends are working on deals. jake gets pissed off by someone and announces, "vote for me and I won't hunt you down. you'll also get fair access to the wonder as determined by a council of administrators led by miranda." jake wins easily.

I think it's because the concepts it's built from are extremely high level (as mentioned by Villy that iirc, it's a super high-tier skill that the system has reduced to something a C-tier could use). Jake is using the skill and has started on the path of understanding the concepts it uses, but for similar tier beings their minds can't understand what's going on because the concepts are too abstract and complex.
