First anniversary of Manka Games (Patreon)

Dear friends, today is a special day for us — our birthday! 🥳

The first game ideas appeared in 2019, and the project ‘Tame It!’ (‘Wild Tamer’ then) was born in early 2020, but as a team we formed on June 9, 2020, so we consider this day as the birthday of the Manka Games.

There have been and still are many challenges along the way, but we have also accomplished a lot in the meantime. Thanks to the support of our families, friends, patrons and players, we continue to move forward and develop 🤗

Now our game — ‘Tame It!’ — is about halfway done and in a few days we will be ready to show the next chapter to our patrons.

We are planning to create the Steam page in the near future, and of course we will write about it when it's ready. The English version is in the works and we will soon show the prologue and the first chapter with full text to our patrons. We also hope that we will soon be able to provide support for l2d animations on Android.

We are preparing a censored version of the game for Asia and the Middle East, not to the detriment of the work on the main game of course. Our goal was initially to create an original game that is available worldwide, but different countries have different attitudes towards censorship, and this imposes certain restrictions on the content, so it requires certain improvements.

Of course, the main content of the game will be improved as well. Many of the already implemented features are waiting to be reworked. We collect your feedback and with every update we dedicate some time to improve what has been done already. Scenes and locations, interfaces and sound effects are being changed. Some minigames need changes and improvements too. Finally, we need to devote more time to balancing the game mechanics.

There is still a lot of work ahead, a lot of interesting things. We have fun making this game, and we enjoy creating new original features, adding all sorts of little things that make the game more lively and bright, working on our characters and showing how they change over time. It's all very cool!
