Really useful as always, thank you!!! 🚀🔥

I'm experiencing problems while setting up the curves on my TBS Tango 2. If I modify one curve, it ends up altering some points on the other curves. I also encountered an issue where, after completing a successful wobble test (using the curves as shown in the video), I shut down the radio and, upon turning it back on, some curve points were incorrect for no apparent reason. This caused the drone to start at -50% pitch without me even pressing the wobble button. I'm running the latest stable version of the TBS firmware. I'm looking for similar experiences or solutions. In the meantime, make sure to always double-check the curves.

I have reflashed the latest stable version of FreedomTX and formatted the SD card. There is definitely a firmware bug where creating or editing a curve corrupts the others. The workaround is to create a curve, exit, shut down the radio, turn it back on, and then create the next curve without reopening the previous ones. Once it’s working, the script looks amazing, and I can see it helping to make the tuning process more scalable and repeatable. However, after running about 25 seconds of auto wobble, I notice significant oscillations in the step response that I don’t observe with manual wobbling. I'm running the stock angle mode with angle_limit = 30. I’m not sure what’s causing this. Thanks for your time!

This is amazing. Thanks.

Just created separate model on my radio and set up this script. Works really well👍🏻

One thing to note here is some people have noticed the step resp takes on a kind of low freq ripple. It should not affect interpretation of results but just want people to be aware of this possible issue. I suspect the custom pattern might need some randomness. I will continue to work on this

Hi, I've just created this Wobble Script following your instructions - create curves (same as yours), create logical switch (I used other switch - SC arrow down) and put in the curves into mixes as you did. When I switch the SC to correct position it cycles 2 times and it stops. Do you have any idea why is that? I have TX16 and EgdeTX there is Centruion ver 2.10.0. Thank you.

Each radio model has its own risks, but this can be very time consuming. People using Companion will work according to their radio model by copying and pasting as appropriate for their model. Therefore, I would appreciate it if you could upload the edgetx script of the companion you worked on.

I put this script on my RM pocket. And test it on the simulator. It works perfect. For me as a never had LOS expirience i can do a very controlled test with little than 30min of practise. I also create a seperate "Tune" model.

I am wondering if its usuable to increase the curves to 60 or 70. Because for me its very easy to control. The results are very good. But maybe their better with more input? Whats your opinion?

I have everything set up correctly, if I look at the receiver graph and activate the wobble mode the quad starts to oscillate in 2 directions but at the same time it slowly turns over with each repetition until it turns over completely, I would like to be sure that this does not happen during the tests, do you find the same behavior?

The PIDtoolbox Guy

Because it’s doing roll and pitch at the same time you may get some yaw. That’s why we have allowed stick input at same time. But it’s also easy to make an error in setting this up so triple confirm

I followed along on this vedeo and set my Boxer up. When I hold down the switch it only wobbles for about 3 seconds and then I have to release my switch and press it again. It seems like all you are doing is holding your switch down and it doesn't stop. One thing i did differently is I created the the new curves (R1 R2 P1 P2) on CV2 CV3 CV4 and CV5. I have CV1 as the origininal curve I made from the first video, but deleted the original mixes. Should this wobble script keep running until I release my momentary switch?
