Hey Matt loving these videos, I have always loved Satisfactory Your issuses with the coal power plants could maybe be fixed, if you go and research the power slugs, cause then you can make overclocking components and those can be used to make the flowrates of the extractors higher, up to the max flowrate that is displayed on the machines, hope this helps

The real problem is that each water extractor only gives you 120 cubic meter of water and he's trying to connect that to three coal generators that each need 45, he should either downclock one of them so that the total consumption goes down to 120 or merge the excess water from another extractor.

lol... that was painful and hilarious. So many issues here -- Yes, the pipes can merge two sources. It seemed like you were trying to turn on just one plant as a test, but when you flip the switch on a plant, you're actually turning on all the plants that are connected to the same grid. It didn't fire up because one of your extractors wasn't running, which was because you put the pump on backwards. And the issue with the far away extractor was likely it just taking a while to fill up the long pipe. There's no length limit on pipes, but you do need to watch head lift.

i havent played satisfactory in a while but there is a way to change build mode, i belieave you press r while the build tool is out and if you enter zoop build mode its alot faster to build Edit: OMGOMG TYSM RCE ive never goten a coment seen/liked by any1 before tyty it made my day :), also it is comfermed im getting santa paddy for bridgemass!!!!!

for a 120 coal per minute, its exactly 8 coal plants and 3 water extractors you can have, and thats gonna be 100% efficient. Minus water extractor consumption, youll have 540 mW of power per setup. And yes, you can merge with a pipe splitter
