Can't wait to see what rovers and crafts you come up with.

Aaron Weinberger

try building light armor blocks instead of heavy armor blocks for your rover as they only require steel plates and not anything else. also in your assembler you should be able to make a new upgrade drill which mines faster to replace your current one if you haven't done so already. I also think you might have to fully build the landing gear on the rover as well but i am unsure. also when your rover is complete add an ore detector as it would have greater range than the drills ore detector (although you also need an antenna to get the info from the ore detector.) Another thing is go to those unkown signals when you see then as they are drop pods with things in side and you grind them down for steel plates and some other parts (just be warned some do explode after as certain amount of time). I am enjoying this series cant wait to see what you build and to get to space. I hope these tips are useful.

Andrew Roberto

I want to save you from some mining, so a couple tips: First, tell you that you can build your rover out of light armor blocks, as they require less resources, mainly just iron plates Second, you should work on building a drilling arm off of your base with pistons to move the drill down and you can put a rotor at the end to spin a row of drills if you feel up to that. Even a single drill will get you much more resources faster than hand drilling, just make sure not to run the drill if your base storage is full as it will waste the resources it digs through. Then just keep adding pistons every time you reach the maximum depth. Not gonna go into too much detail on how to play the game as it is a lot at first, but that may make it so you can focus more on building and ENGINEERING!!! Really enjoying the new content, I've always enjoyed your channel and am so happy to see you playing 2 games that I absolutely love right now. Happy to give more tips for either games if you want them and sorry for the long comment lol

Dennis Klausing

For a beginner not bad. And Aaron's comment about the ore detector is incorrect, partly. Small grid ore detectors have the same range as the hand drills (75m) where as the large grid ones have double the range (150m). Do note that when you place down the detectors they are set to half their max range. And needing an antenna is false, the only benefit that provide is being able to see the ore while not in a seat on the grid.

Thank you for these uploads Matt! I look forward to these so much!! 🫶🏻 Edit: eeek! I love the Pink gps coords for resources! 🩷🌸

Between this and To The Core, you've made one happy miner here this week. TTC is the first game i beat before RCE covered it.

Chris Pruden

Joined for Space engineers, you have a lot to learn! As we all did at the beginning

Jody Sinclair

Satisfactory is more fun.

POD1425

im waiting for a bridge. Bonus points for a drawbridge (game has bearings, pistons and stuff to make that happen)

Aaron Weinberger

thank for correcting my mistake. I thought the small grid detectors will still longer range, my bad.

William McCrae

Im so ready hyped for this series

BurritoTX

anyone know what campaign he is playing.

Aaron Weinberger

he is playing survival mode in the star system scenario. go into the custom game tab and scroll all the way down and there it is. when you create the game you go to a screen where you choose where in the star system you want to start in this case he is starting on the earth like planet. I think this should be way more obvious than what it is, but whatever.

Bash

just the normal survival mode as it looks like

RealCuteElephant

Anyone else here have over 3000hrs in this game and just scream at the screen when there is many ways he can do things easier lol
