I'm thinking of either: 1) Starting another Nine9 company to steal their leads 2) Paying the $99 fee and $34.99 monthly so I can take their "workshops" and ask them more about whether or not they're a scam.

Oh don't you see? They call themselves an "unAgency"! They are flipping the script - so disruptive! Maybe there are some un-services you can offer them? Un-recycling, un-security, un-online advertising...

Maybe try to offer accounting or HR services. They enroll and tell you their requirements and what they need, pay a monthly subscription, and you will call them if you decide there is something you could do to help them.
