do you remember daphne saying that anthony didn’t cry when their father died? Now he cried hearing that kate is awake. can you speak on your thoughts on violet realizing that all the pressure of anthony being the head of the house and take care of his siblings took a toll on him? i also love how violet is telling anthony to not lose kate!

What are your thoughts on what Colin said about Penelope at the end to his friends? I felt it was super jarring compared to how sweet he treated her and wanted to save her from cousin Jack's schemes this episode. Also, who would you say you side with more after witnessing Eloise and Penelope's fight? Personally I can understand both sides however I think Pen genuinely felt like she was saving Eloise and had no other options.

Similar to the question above, I’d like to know your thoughts on what Colin said about Penelope. Do you think he was being purposely mean because his friends were around? Obviously it was an extremely hurtful thing for Penelope to hear, but I tend to lean on the side that Colin simply didn’t realise how awful what he said sounded precisely because he only sees Penelope as a friend. Excited to hear what you think!

“The Viscount Who Loved Me” is actually the book this season is based on. In the book, after Kate is stung by the bee, Anthony tries to suck the venom out and they’re caught in that embrace 💀 Anthony and Kate have no choice but to wed (similar to Daphne and Simon) even though they’re not in love yet. Also, in the book Kate is afraid of the storm because her own mother died during a storm. Anthony avoids love because he cannot imagining living longer than his father & believes he’ll also die young (the epilogue is set on his I think 31st birthday showing he outlived his dad). And Edwina and Anthony never get engaged nor is she ever in love with him.
