What do you think about Violet’s somewhat less meddlesome approach to her children’s love lives this season? Do you think it’s because Colin and Francesca are more sensitive, what happened last season, or something else?

Some people get confused as to why Penelope wasn't moving away from the hot air balloon, but it was confirmed that she was just distracted by how hot Colin looked pulling on the rope lmao

If it was you choosing, with the information we have right now. Would you choose Colin or Lord Debling?

Do you think that Colin and Penelope would have been able to progress as much in their relationship if Eloise and Penelope weren't on the outs? We see several times in S2 that when Penelope and Colin are in the middle of a deeper conversation, Eloise would show up to interrupt, but because they're fighting, she purposefully hasn't been doing that.

Violet told Daphne in S1 to "choose the person that feels like your dearest friend" and I think they purposefully put Colin in the room for that scene. And here, we see that he was paying attention back then because he's prompting Violet to say it again on purpose. She catches on to his feelings for Penelope and is happy about it. Obviously, she knows Penelope much better, but what do you think has convinced her that this is a real "love match" compared to how upset she was about Colin's engagement to Marina? Penelope once said that she could always tell how a suitor feels about a lady by how they look at her when she's dancing with another, and we see that here with him watching Pen and Debling. I think Debling was designed specifically to get under Colin's skin. He's a traveler, too, but he's very comfortable being himself even if it puts him on the outs of society. He's also a firstborn son. So, he's arguably a "better" version of Colin for Penelope. As much as S3 is about romantic love, do you think it's arguably more about self-love for both Colin and Penelope?

Not only with the hot air balloon but with the way Colin was trying to help the Featherington family out last season and the way he was spurred into eloping with Marina to protect her from society/his family, we see that Colin has a bit of a hero complex. However, Penelope -- more than most women in the ton -- is very independent and does a lot for herself. How do you think these personality traits will interact?
