A rough past couple episodes but that montage at the end was so beautiful 😭 excited for next time to get back to a sense of normality for everyone

I appreciate Harry's careful wording of the Maddie vs. Abby stuff at the end, but can this finally be a safe space to say that most of the fandom doesn't particularly love Abby?

Also, in answer to Harry's sort of question - Buck is 25 at this point. Eddie is ??? (the fandom argues about this a lot), but should be around 26.

I think we just all really love Buck and consider the way she's treating him while she's away to be a bit cowardly/overly hurtful. We see him worrying about her in a middle of an earthquake she's not a part of, but it's not like she's texting him to ask how he's doing after a national disaster. Also, we're just not very attached to her. She never felt like a part of the overall family the way that the rest of them do.

That's so interesting, I do wonder whether my fondness will leave with time as we get to know them more, she was only in one season of 8 so I assume it will. With Buck, she's definitely fell down for me with how little she is caring for his feelings and like you said, not even texting about the earthquake is kinda insane.

buck is usually believed to be about 26 during season 1 and 2 i think, w eddie being around his age - but the age continuity in this show particularly is a bit of a mess. most of the fandom believed eddie to be at least 4 or 5 years older than buck for years till it was semi-confirmed in canon that he had to be much closer, if not the same age as buck. eddie's fanon age was mostly based on the actors age irl which is where a lot of the confusion over it comes from.

Well, I just checked his Wiki and it says he was born in 1991, which would put him at 28 here, so let's just go with "Buck is somewhere is his mid 20s."
